I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your Virgin Mobile app, is it the My Account app that's not working for you?
We can certainly look into this for you but just to confirm, is your phone showing a mobile data connection when you go to use it? Depending on your package and the strength of your mobile data connection, this can show as 3G, H, H+ or a 4G symbol at the top of your phone's screen. You may not see it if you are on Wi-Fi.

Having the same problem for about 10 days now mobile my account app. Says whoops there is a problem cannot connect to servers. Tried uninstalling turned off and on data , tried wi-fi but nothing works. Checked the community site but no defin ate answers how to fix this. Am on 4G so expected better than this.
NO still not working. Tried uninstalling it. called virgin last week about this. they say they didn`t know anything was wrong. Told me to log on my mobile account instead. What`s the point of having a app if they are not bothered about it, Bad state of affairs from Virgin.
