Virgin Mobile - Signal Booster

Hi,

I have very poor reception in my flat, although there is wifi calling, this is sometimes not that good.

Does virgin mobile provide 4G signal boosters so that I dont have to rely on wifi?

Simple answer is no. EE ones used to work but no longer do.

Virgin do not have calling over 4G so boosting 4G will do nothing for calls, whether it would improve data is another question.

I was with EE, wifi calling worked on my phone, now switched to virgin mobile, wifi calling not supported for my phone?

Virgin Mobile use the EE radio network at the moment. All other systems are theirs.

EE WiFi Calling and Virgin Mobile WiFi Calling are different, so device needs to specifically support Virgin Mobile WiFi Calling.

Honor 10 lite.

Wifi calling was supported on EE, so I thought it would be the same with VM.

VM say my phone is not supported.

Day 1 of VM, got to find someone else to switch to now.

Also EE contract SIM gives you access to 800Mhz 4G where available, that will give you better indoor coverage and 4G calling.
