I’ve recently installed the app however every time I open in and try to sign in it just locks and won’t go any further leaving no option but to just close it does anyone else have a solution to this?

Sorry to hear about your issue, what error message is displayed when you access the connect app? Do you get any popup whatsoever?

Don't know what phone you have but it won't work with Android 11 and 12.
An update has been promised for over a year.

Thank you for that. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Have you been able to try this on both a WiFi and Mobile Data connection? Do you have a screenshot of the lock message you could provide for us?

With wifi on/off or using mobile data. Uninstalled and reinstalled it’s exactly the same

I’m getting the same, just won’t give me the chance to log in…..tried uninstalling it etc, but just freezes every time I open it
