I ordered a Virgin sim earlier in the year. It never arrived, I chased up, and still no delivery. After some time waiting and much time trying to sort it out with Virgin Mobile, I cancelled the order.
At this point, Virgin agreed to completely cancel the contract and refund me the first months charge that I had already paid.
I assumed I'd hear nothing more of it. I have just checked my credit report and have a significant outstanding balance and an open account. It turns out the refund also wasn't made.
I found virgin mobile phone customer service extremely difficult. Who do I email or write to now to rectify this? I need to get this fixed asap.
