Downloaded the connect App to my mobile to scan my house for blackspots, but it wont connect to my Hub and says I'm not a fibre customest when I am?  Any ideas

You have a hub3? 

Yes I believe it is and I'm on Virgins 350 fibre broadband.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with connecting your hub to the connect app.

Hi Zak - nothings changed.

This time I'm trying to use the app to check for bblack-spots in the house.  Firstly it tells me I'm not allowed to use it and them tells me I dont have a Virgin Mobile Account (my dual sim phone hase two virgin sim card inside???

Barically I want to extend my broadbank into a garden room which is approx 7 meters from the house.  What wi fi extenders would you recommend?
