This really is not good enough, I would like the details of the ombudsman.

Just one place or all over?

You do know that mobile signal is not guaranteed everywhere. And you do know that Virgin's signal is supplied by either EE or Vodafone and they have no masts of their own.

Good luck with your quest because it will be a long and complicated process.

Hey @Wren6266,

Thanks for your post - sorry to hear you're having issues with 4G at the moment.

Are you able to expand at all on this issue? Where are you mainly experiencing this issue? Is it only 4G that you are struggling with?

Please let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Kind regards,

Seems to be the norm for some people now Virgin piggyback Vodaphone

I was getting either no signal, or phone calls where I could hear the other person but they could not hear me.

I swapped to Plusnet Mobile who piggyback EE. No loss of signal or call dropping.
