I switched to Virgin Mobile and now cannot view video clips on Twitter when I'm on mobile data. My settings in Twitter show videos enabled for mobile and WiFi. I have rebooted phone uninstalled and reinstalled Twitter, double and triple checked the setting for videos when using mobile data and WiFi. Video plays when I am on WiFi. Is there another setting I'm missing here?

Most likely Parental Controls are on. 

Log in to your online account and switch them off.

Restart your phone for the change to take effect.

Cheers sorted, though why parental controls are on for mobile data and off for WiFi seems odd
