Usage Cap

Confused, please help.

Despite having massive amounts of unused data and calls etc (allowance updates 13th), my Virgin Mobile account says that I have almost used up my £5 cap!! I should not be anywhere near the cap; this means the system is ignoring that I still have massive amounts of allowance left AND I am now being charged my £5 cap when I'm still in credit . What's going on? I can call VM but the experience is usually so soul destroying I try to avoid it. 

Any help please .

We don't have access to the billing system - time to get destroyed that little bit more sorry!

There's plenty you can do outside of your allowances which will cost you - for instances sending a MMS, calling numbers not included in your allowances ect.

Log into your online account and goto "view my recent usage", from there you can filter the usage by the drop down menu - choose "affecting spending cap". Or if it makes it easier, download all your usage so far as a CSV or PDF file.
