Unlimited sim from Oomph bundle for existing Virgin mobile customers.Keeping number?

I recently signed up for the unlimited tv broadband and sim package.

The online application asked if I was an existing Virgin mobile customer, and would I like to keep my number. 

Despite this, Virgin sent out a new sim with a different number. I'm still being charged my normal monthly rate by Virgin mobile.

Can someone please sort this?
