Unable to receive voice calls

I have been struggling to receive voice calls for nearly 2 weeks now. With only knowing people have been trying to call when they send a text, explaining when they call me it is going straight to voicemail. I have checked all settings on my iPhone pro 11 and can’t find an issue. Has anyone else have/had similar issue and know how to resolve this issue. Thanks

Have you tried extending the ringing time before it goes to voicemail?
