I've been trying for over a day to order a new phone, each time I go through everything and then right after entering bank details it comes up with the message "sorry it doesn't look like we can go ahead with your order right now"
Im a new customer and Ive tried doing it as a family plan with my partner but in my own name and I've tried different bank accounts but no matter what it's the same problem.
Everyone is saying to just go with a different provider but I'd rather just get past this issue.
