Can someone from Virgin please look into my family's 4 x mobiles not able to make calls in Tenerife where we are on holiday, please? Tried everything, couldn't post direct question on forum as didn't have "rank" (?). System only let me add on to other discussions on same issue (looks like a common fault). Also, the sent help link went to Spanish answerphone. Phoned a Virgin guy in UK who tried the basics and said he'd phone back in 30 mins. That was several days ago.
