Was on chat to tech advisor and then chat completely failed after 90mins of trying to get sorted and still no further forward. O2 number was supposed to port over yesterday. It didnot port across and existing sim number (OOmph) won't allow outgoing calls or text messages to be sent (only allowing incoming calls and texts) and is still using teh original number sent out with Oomp bundle (not the ported number). Can someone from technical support get back to me as unable to get through as chat system seems to have crashed now
