I have tried to login to my virgin mobile account today on two different devices and it keeps telling me to enter my email address. I have done this several times with no success.
Are there any issues with the login process today 13/06/2018?
I have same problem...virgin"support"have told me that their servers do not like my domain as in my email address."Please make up a fake email address"So unless I comply, I am locked out...
What an absolute load of Tosh - Up until a day or so ago I was able to access it no problem!!
