Unable to log into some apps using mobile data only

I cant log into some apps when using mobile data only

Sounds like the parental controls might need to be switched off on your account.  There is a VM help page on this here:

Just one important factor to add which is missing from the help link - whenever the Parental Control is switched on or off in the online account, you will need to restart your phone after making the change 🙂
