Hi
if I call 150 it works fine call voicemail and can hear, use phone to make calls on WhatsApp or messenger works fine, FaceTime fine, if someone calls me then I cannot hear them, not a phone issue as Mrs is doing the same on same network. Tried resetting network settings, reinstall virgin profile etc
any ideas?

Not been anywhere apart from hotel, have a full strength 4g signal connected to movie star, can see the phone mast on hill not far from hotel, tried manual roaming international in sun settings nothing, spoke to a guy earlier who said try speaker phone and or EarPods tried both still the same unable to hear people but they can hear me.
