I'm on a pay monthly sim only deal.
My current status is :-
"You are now out of contract"
I would like to see, online, options for what plans are available to me
Selecting "change plan" in my account just gives me :-
"Sorry, we don't have any available plans for you at the moment
But chances are we'll be launching more amazing plans soon, so please try again in a little while."
It's been like that for months (years?)
Any chance anyone at VM can give it a nudge to show me some options?
I know there are loads of posts of users with the same issue, but I've never seen a post showing the issue resolved properly.
All I've seen is give customer services a call and they will change your plan for you.
I'll take that as a no, then.

It's disappointing that there is no available plans on your online account to change to, I can appreciate you're keen to know why.
Sometimes this can happen if you're on a package that has no other packages within the same family that you can move up and down, it can also be the same when your deal has come to an end.
It doesn't mean that we can't swap your deal though, but it does mean you'll need to speak to one of our lovely team.
I can see what is available via personal message, if it's a whole new deal though it would require speaking to our retention's team on 789/0345 6000 789 ( they also have the best deals!)

Have exactly same experience but rang up this morning and was impressed with quick contact. All done within 7 mins. Explained my experience under mobile account topic “ Well ....that was easy”.
Hope you are as successful as I was. Agree with your comment about lack of information on website though.
