I've arrived in Spain but unable to text, call or use data. I received the welcome text from Virgin and tried texting 789922 as it suggested but that text won't send either.
I have roaming enabled on my account.
When I try to make a call I get a message saying this service is unavailable from the number you are calling from.
Any ideas?

Did you activate roaming before you left the UK?

Managed to get this sorted.
Roaming was already enabled but I had to enable making international calls and then the data started working - not sure if it supposed to work like that.
Happy all working now though.

The international setting would need to have been turned on as it was explained in your online account when you set up roaming
Any way like you said, Its working now
