Unable to buy a sim only

I am trying to buy an additional sim only card for £6 per month

I have a TV Broadband  landline bundle with an ooph unlimited sim car . I also still have a pay os you go sim. Virgin won't let me buy a £6 sim only due to failing credit check . Experian indicate I have Excellent Credit - No sence from operators just that they can't continue ?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues in getting a new SIM.

Sadly, we're not given the reasons as to why credit checks may fail, this isn't something we'd be able to give you additional information on.

• Dw . Nobody could including credit check company saying nothing wrong and other credit check company excellent .  Virgin accounts being closed and new Sims already bought . Virgin getting worse and worse

We certainly appreciate your frustration with this garethfvetencer. 

Can you confirm for me have you had any other credit check done within the last 30 days?

And how long have you had the existing Virgin Mobile SIM card with us?

I can confirm Experian check yesterday 996/999

Pay as you  sim with virgin 15 years plus ish
