Don't know what is happening, but I get an email telling me to log in to view my mobile account.
It is impossible. It will not accept my password. It asks me for the answer to my security question I set up if phoning them. I have never set one up or phoned them as I use my phone for texting only having no hearing!
It then states it will send me an email to reset password..I have gone through the process 8 times, and still no email!
Don't know what to do as it appear the amount on the bill is incorrect.
Any ideas as to how I can get help to reset my password and get into my account??
