Hi I am unable to log into my online vm account over a week now when I try I get message that says sorry you are unable to access acount please call our team on 789. When I do this still no joy. I was asked to create a new email and also to re register neither of which worked. Last call yesterday to your phillipino call centre said will be sorted by today still won't work now says does not recognise my details and still cannot reregister any one in UK to help me please??
