Ultimate Oomph mobile, being told I've exceeded my allowance

I've recently signed to an Ultimate Oomph deal and moved my mobile account to this service.

Today I've started receiving text messages informing me that I've used my (unlimited) allowance.

I've checked and mobile usage has been very light (few calls and texts, about 150mb data).

Is this a teething problem (we switched about a week ago), or could I be missing something else ?

PS tried the text bot, gave up before I lost the will to live !!!

This could also be due to the spend cap being set too low, You are able to check and manage the spend limit onine: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/virgin-mobile-spending-cap
