The sim we get included in the ultimate oomph package has suddenly stopped working at all - live chat with Virgin Mobile don't seem to understand what the package is and being told to ring customer services from the mobile which doesn't work makes no sense... how do we get through to someone?

Sorry to hear of the SIM problems you're experiencing, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community!
Can you confirm if the issues impacts all services (calls, texts, data) and in all area's? On the handset, does it advise of a network at the top of the screen at all? Do you have the option to try the SIM card in a different handset?

Everything. Tried in different device and same issues.
This is second sim with the problem.
