URGENT - Black listed phone weeks ago. Still awaiting confirmation as promised from team.

Hi there,

 

I blacklisted my phone with you guys as I was a customer with Virgin. The guy on the phone with Customer Care promised me that I would get confirmation of blacklisting with 7 working days. This never happened. I am still awaiting this as my insurance company will not replace my phone until this happens. Can you please get this sorted for me ASAP. I am literally weeks without a mobile phone now.

We do not do confirmation of black listing unfortunately, but you can fill this form our which is for proof of purchase. You should get a response to show you insurance team as soon as possible from there.
