Two virgin sims not allowing calls to each other

Husband and I both have Virgin sims, we can text each other but calls will not connect , always says  unavailable/switched off, even when sitting next to each other...help please.

Have you just joined VM and/or ported-in a number?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your sim cards calling each other.

Are you able to answer the question from @ashpole and also what type of phones do you both have?

Do you have any other issues calling anybody else?

Are you able to use mobile data?

Hi, no, not new to VM . didn't used to have a problem. Wondering if it's because we are abroad..in Greece.

Problem resolved… changed provider from the automatically assigned, which happened to be WIND, to Cosmote and now all ok.
