What a disaster. I just want to use my PAC code to keep my old number. 789 either cuts me off immediately or once after 45 minutes on hold. Trying to set up an account on line, but asks me for a security question answer, and I don't have a security question and cannot enter one, so then refers me back to dial 789. this has been going on for more than 2 hours now. Really regretting me decision to move to Virgin mobile.
