I’m looking to buy a new phone with virgin mobile, but as part of the process it asks me to either create or sign in to a virgin mobile account.
Apparently I’ve already got a virgin mobile account on my email address, but I don’t know the password. So when I try and reset the password, I’m asked for a virgin mobile number, which I don’t have.
any help?

I am experiencing the same problem as the previous post. I need to reset my password but I am ordering the new phone and do not have the phone number yet.
