Help please, very frustrating time trying to get new SIM due to lost phone. But a couple of weeks ago I asked to move to a family plan and apparently this is still being processed 'on the system' so they cannot issue sim until refresh date 3 weeks away .. was told the rewash no getting around this- although customer care said try a Virgin shop but they are all closed ..help !
I am sorry about this - there should be no reason as to why we can't get you a replacement even if you are updating your family plan. I have located a few different mobile numbers from your forum information so we'll pop you a Private Message to go through security and confirm what SIM you need replacing.
