Truly Uncapped Data

Hi!

We’re currently waiting for our installation and have subscribed to Virgin’s Ultimate Oomph package at £99 pcm. The install date is August 9th, but we were told the SIM would start from when we received it and put it in the phone.

Is the data on the SIM that’s involved with this deal truly unlimited? I know some companies cap at 40GB etc. I did ask during my two calls with the VM customer service when ordering the package. One told me yes it’s unlimited with no caps, the other said no.

Just wondering if anyone knew?

Have not seen anything official on a capping, also have not seen any posts where they have been capped, believe some have been into Terabytes without being capped.

EDIT: roaming in the EU is capped 😞

We’re only using it for things like Netflix and stuff whilst the internet isn’t installed. This weekend has used around 5GB, so we’re just looking for some clarification.
