Tried all advice on the board- virgin error 0

Hey 

I've tried messaging a number of a friend and it won't send a message too it

(all other numbers I send a text too get delivered) 

I saved the person's number on my phone and it doesn't appear in my what'sapp as a contact either when they do have WhatsApp.

I've searched through all the advice on here amd none of it works. I'm unable to manually input my smsc number.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile at the moment. Do you know what network your friend is on?

Have you recently transferred your number to us? 

Is your friend able to receive messages and send to other people?

Are they able to send a message to you?

I'm not sure what network they are on, they can't send to me I don't think and I'm only recently a new member of virgin so it's a mew number

If you could please find out what network your friend is on - as you are only experiencing issues with one number it may be the case the issue is with your friends number or network. 

Do you get a failed delivery notification or any error message when the text does not send?

Are you able to call them? Do calls go through to the number? Is there an engaged tone?
