Transfer my mobile account to my daughter

Hello, my daughter now has a full-time job. I have a mobile number and account and she has the SIM and phone

How do I transfer the mobile number and account to her so that it is all in her name and she pays the bills etc.

The SIM is now out of contract.

Hi Attila_borzak,

Thanks for your post.

To change the account into your daughter's name you would need to speak to our retentions team on 0800 183 1150 and they will be able to help you with this. They would need to speak to you both on the call and it and it would require a credit check to be carried out on your daughter.

Please be aware, if you are still in contract, you would have to buy out of the contract before this could be processed.
