Trade up issues again

Traded up phone. Posted old phone back with package and return label on 28th delivered 30th. Just got email saying not received. I have the proof

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your trade in and trade up. 

What confirmation of sending the phone do you have?  Is there a tracking number?

i have received an email that it has been received. but not they are saying that the phone is not in the condition that was discribed. that is a load of rubbish. the phone was in perfect condition. it has been covered by a case and screen protector from new. they are offering £59 less than was quoted. i have asked for proof of the supposed damage as nothing is supplied

They company that deal with the the trade ups and trade in will provide you with the reasons they have offered this price.
