I'd be surprised if they reply. I had a complaint a couple of months ago and put it on here and they ignored it. Still having problems since yesterday not receiving text and calls and they are ignoring that as well. Good luck though.
I have had 8 engineer visits from both Kelly's Communication and Virgin, that last one this week to sort out an on going broadband issue. This weeks visitor didn't fix it because he hadn't done the fibre course, he was supposed to be a supervisor who knew what he was doing. I have had numerous managers ringing be back of course nobody ever does, one guy went out to make a phone leaving his jacket on my sofa and jumped in his van and left, I still have the jacket. Another came to fit boosters but claimed that he had just be asked to drop them off, on inspection of the paperwork he claimed that I wasn't even at home. I have contacted virgin so many times in the past three months and each time I am treated with increased contempt. I am supposed to have 360 mbps fibre to home, I get around 100 mbps, only virgin engineers appear to be able to achieve the high speeds tat they advertise. I am considering trying to adopt an engineer to improve my speed
