Thanks for your Virgin Mobile order. Unfortunately we need a little more information to continue with you

I applied for a contract phone today, got an email saying "Thanks for your Virgin Mobile order. Unfortunately we need a little more information to continue with you order. " with a link, but the link leads me to an error. The phone was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but it's getting pretty late now and I've had no other emails so I suppose it won't be?

I'm confused about whether or not I've been accepted for the phone.
