Recently transferred and now got WiFi calling set up. When I text another Virgin Mobile number via WiFi call, my texts can take up to an hour to arrive which is not good enough. I get poor signal where I live so rely on WiFi calling. I’m still within my 14 day cooling off period so will have to move if this isn’t sorted which I don’t really want to do!
Tried to phone customer services but have been waiting for ages in a queue.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am using an iPhone 11 if that makes a difference.
