Have reset network setting, changed new sim, my texts are still not being received ?

Check the SMS Message Centre number

New purple sim +447458399008

Old red/white sim +447958879890

Update so far, put sim in old iPhone and texts go but they add an extra 0 to the mobile number making them international text ? Have reset everything, put sim back in new iPhone and texts don’t get received.

I have re entered the contacts that don’t work but still won’t send, the recipients are EE and Talk mobile.

Any ideas what to try next ?

Sorry that you're having some issues sending text messages, I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted. 

Have you been able to speak to our technical team since having this issue, what have they advised?

No my problem is not sorted, I was talking to virgin help and they said would phone me back but have never received any call back. The problem has exculatated as some of my texts are now being seen as international texts although the number sent to is a UK number?
