Text from 1860: "Your message album will expire soon...."

On Monday 16th April, I received a text message from 1860:

"Your message album will expire soon. Please access https://mms.virginmedia.com/portalWeb in Web mode or https://mms.virginmedia.com/portalWeb/wap/index/isp by a mobile phone to activate it".

What does this text mean? At the end of March, I left Virgin Mobile in favour of O2. Does the this text from 1860 have anything to with me leaving VM? Is the text from 1860 a scam?

I would welcome some advice.

Regards,

Captain Ahab

Thanks
