Since upgrading to the 100gb special offer tariff last month, my data connection has become so slow it's unusable 95% of the time.
Previously I was able to achieve 4G speeds of circa 30mb - 50mb but since changing tariff I can only get speeds of 0.3mb - 2mb.
I have tried several devices and locations but results are the same.
Customer service advised me that Virgin use O2's 4G network; "the fastest there is" ... This does not help me remediate my problem!
Please advise before I cancel or take it to the ombudsman!
vm use ee's network. o2 is getting 0.00 on 4g today with all its problems.
Did you get a new purple sim as part of the upgrade?
