System is busy

Good afternoon,
I have received a new Iphone X with a new number and sim card yesterday. It's been almost 24 hours now and I still cannot make/receive calls, texts and my data isn’t working either. I cannot even call 789 and my number still doesn’t turn up on the online account.

Could anyone help me with this please? I have read then threats about this but there is not solution anywhere.

0345 6000789 (standard rate) from any phone or 150 from a Virgin landline (free)

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you've not been able to use your new iPhone X.

 

This sounds to me like the sales order on your account is still open and needs to be closed down by raising it to the IT department.

 

I'm hoping this has been resolved since posting. If you have any further issues then please let me know.
