System error when registering

When trying to register my mobile account for the first time I would receive the following message after inputting all the information "System Error! Please contact Customer Service Center!"

Assuming there was a virgin serve issue I tried this a few times over the last couple weeks but I still keep getting the same message.

I finally decided to call Virgin Customer service, but after being left on hold for 25mins the line was cut (not on my side). I haven't received a call back so does anyone know what I can do to get this fixed. I assume its not a fault from my side??

Hello

I have the same issue now. I've tried a couple of times in the last two weeks. I called Customer Services, who had the same problem when we tried to register over the phone. The agent said she would get back to me with an email once she had been able to register on my behalf but I havent received anything in 7 days.

Rich - can you suggest what to do next?

Hi Gary,

 

I've managed to locate your account using the email address you signed up to the forum with and I was able to do a test registration and it worked fine for me.

 

Click here to register for the account. When you get to the security answer section then this is the exact same answer as if you were to call us.

 

If you continue to have difficulties then please let me know.

Success! I received an automated email from Virgin stating my account was created. I can now access my account.
