Went online last night to check wifes credit which is payg which is linked to my pay monthly account. To find I need to swap my SIM, so I need to contact CS so did that today, to be told Its regarding network changes and they will contact me after 2pm, she did not answer my question so thought after reading good feedback to questions, I would ask here.
Do I need to get a new SIM I have been with VM for quite a while and had one upgraded when I changed phones last year.
I have today managed to speak to a customer service agent who actually knows what they are doing instead of working to a script.
As I have 2 mobiles on my account S7 which is Pay Monthly & S5 for the wife who is PAYG, he checked and said my S7 has the latest SIM, but the S5 needs the updated SIM, so the SIM is ordered and on it's way.
