Can someone offer me some support with my account query here? Virgin media Ireland mobile contract. Facebook messenger is useless and I can’t get through on phone to talk to someone. I need to resolve a query today.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes is an ROI account but I simply can’t get through to anyone. I spent over 45 minutes on hold and got cut off. Messenger just keep spinning me, “we will look into it and come back to you” it’s been over a week trying to get someone to deal with my query. It’s insane.

Although our business are under the Virgin banner, we wouldn't have access to any ROI accounts to run further check I'm afraid.
