I have contacted customer service about this but it hasn't been sorted. For the past couple of months my network reception has drastically reduced. I have been unable to make calls or use my data properly. I have had no problems until now just before my 2 year contract ends next month. It was suggested that they monitor my signal for 2 days to find the problem. My signal went back to normal during monitoring then reduced again after. Like I've mentioned I have not had this issue before and have done all the necessary checks on my phone. What is the issue?
