Still suspended mobile, despite paid bill

Hello.

So on 13th of December I've paid my bill, along with my overdue balance, in order to get my account unsuspended. However, 5 days after I've did that, my account is still suspended. More over, I'm receiving letters from Virgin, that were written on 14th of December, telling me to pay my overdue balance, despite that I'VE PAID THEM ON 13TH OF DECEMBER.

I cannot perform any calls for support, and the ones that do (789) requires to used Text messages, which I cannot access, because MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED.

How can I get my services back on, because I have been waiting now over 5 days for it.
