Still no sim, No email and no pbone call. How do i cancel.
Ive now been waiting since Tuesdsy 19th May for my Sim card. Ive spent hours on trying to sort it out. Im being told to.log onto my virgin media app. Unfortunately ive never been given an account number so cant log on. The call centre seem unable to grasp this. I came onto this forum last night and was told I would be contacted today. My son ordered a sim the same evening with another company and it was there the next morning. Thos is appalling service. How long do i get to cancel, is this date from when i receive my sim and will i have to log onto my account to do it.
