Still being billed 3 months after cancellation!

Pay monthly phone was cancelled in late October and all paid up, so all square re handset. Got final bill in November which was paid. Since then I've had a bill for December, January and now February, For December and January I've called both times and Virgin admitted it was an error on their part. I've called again this month and they're now saying I'm due £22.44 because I cancelled in January. AAAAAARGH, SO FRUSTRATED.

Can anyone please help!
