Split port issue

Please help I’m at my whits end iv spoken to so many members of virgin staff that are unable to help or just not willing. Iv done all the suggestions and had a new SIM card nothing is working. I cannot receive incoming calls or texts. I’m convinced it’s a split port issue but no one is listening. Promised call back that’s never happen and being fobbed off with the same thing every time I ring.  I need to know who to contact this to escalate as the issue has been ongoing from the 6/9.  Short of escalating to the ombudsman I’m at a loss of what to do.
