Split Port Solution

Hi, My wife has recently moved from Vodafone to Three.  for about 2 weeks now to no avail she has been on to tech support on a daily basis.  She can make calls but cannot receive calls or texts, its clearly a split port issue but we are both getting absolutely nowhere.

This previous thread was resolved by Corey a mod on here by escalating to the porting team.

You said your wife moved from Vodafone to Three. Do you mean Virgin to Three?

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're currently experiencing issue with your new sim card and not being able to call or text anyone in your contacts.

 

Can we just ask if you were a Virgin Mobile customer before you went over to Three?

 

If not, you will need to speak to Vodafone porting team, who will contact Three to resolve this issue for you.
