I don't understand why I am getting following texts - I got three one after the other om Friday night saying I had reached my spending cap one saying I had reached 75%, immediately within minutes got another saying I had reached 95% followed immediately by another saying I had reached the cap !!!!
I was not using the phone in any way Fri evening so just don't get it. This has happened before when I was charged about £40 for data - the bill showed I was downloading data every hour on the hour, again this was weird as I do not download data via the phone and after advice I diasabled any app that may have been doing it. I am convinced that this is a scam by Virgin and getting quite ngry about it now so will probably move service (after 20 odd years) Virgin really does treat long standing customers badly !!!!!!
