Speed test

Hello. I've downloaded the app Open Signal and was wondering if someone could help me with the results please?

The test was done indoors 4g Virgin and I got

Download 234Kbps, Upload 1Kbps and Latency 176ms.

I thought I would be able to Google but am still confused!!!

I'm just trying to find out how my phone is performing as originally I had to have a sim swap due to no 4g. This seemed to resolve but I'm again having issues.

You are best using Speedtest by Ookia from your App Store. Open Signal is OK but you need a dedicated tester

Is this just over 4G and is the connection very slow?

Hi again.  There doesn't seem to be a very high signal bar on this phone. I now have a Nokia 6.1 to hand so will try that too.

Thank you @Janey38 if you are able to try the SIM in another phone and see if this issues is also present that would be great. 

Just to be clarify are you referring to your signal needed to make calls or your 4G data?

I've tried the sim in the nokia and only have one signal bar and no 4g at all.

Hello. Yes the signal isn't that good in any of the places I've been and got 4g only once or twice.
